During the UK lockdown starting in March 2020, I transitioned my practice to an online platform. To my surprise, both the experience and the outcomes for my clients remained as effective as in-person sessions. In fact, using Zoom for video calls often proved advantageous, allowing me to easily share various models and infographics commonly used in CBT.

In order to proceed with online CBT you simply need a private room without distractions where you can focus for an hour. A laptop, computer or smartphone, and a reliable WIFI connection.

I continue to offer online sessions through Zoom, as research indicates that online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is as effective as face-to-face therapy. This means you can engage in therapy from the comfort of your home or office, at a time that fits your schedule, without the need for travel. This approach not only saves time and money but also maintains the quality of service. All you need is access to a computer or smartphone, privacy, and a reliable internet connection.
