Anxiety

Anxiety is a normal human reaction. We all feel anxious when we perceive a threat of some kind. Having a well-tuned ‘threat system’ is how we and our ancestors have evolved and survived.

“I suffered from extreme anxiety and an inability to have a positive outlook on any situation. I’d been this way for many years so it was a real relief to learn to manage stress and anxiety resulting in a far better quality of life. The sessions dramatically reduced the amount of time I was spending unnecessarily stressing about ‘catastrophising’ and I broke the cycle of inflated negativity. A worthy note is that it helped me return to public performance – one of my objectives.”
