How to Book an Appointment or Make an Enquiry
If you would like to start CBT, please feel free to get in touch by email. I handle all enquiries personally and in confidence.
For all clients we have an initial assessment appointment. This first session will allow you to:
- Meet in session and get a sense of working together.
- Complete professional assessments suitable to your situation and see the results.
- Help you decide whether continuing to work together using a CBT approach feels right for you at this time.
If you would like to continue after the initial consultation appointment, a consistent weekly appointment day and time will be agreed and reserved for you in my clinic.

The initial assessment appointment costs £90
Continuing CBT appointments are £90
Student concession places are available on enquiry at £60 nb I have a limited number of spaces for student clients which are often filled, a waiting list is currently in operation.
CBT is a relatively short-term and goal-focused, effective therapy. It is recommended by the National Institute for Health & Care Excellence NICE for the treatment of depression and anxiety due to its evidence-based effectiveness. Clients who have previously tried counselling but report 'still feeling the same' often describe transformative shifts after having worked with me using CBT and my personal approach.
I recommend beginning with an initial consultation for assessment. After that, we can schedule weekly sessions, usually lasting between 8 to 12 sessions, though the duration may vary depending on your individual needs. The necessity for further sessions will be evaluated and mutually agreed upon as we progress through the therapy process.
All interactions in therapy are confidential, including scheduling notes, session content records, and progress notes. Discussions with supervisors are for professional development purposes and maintain confidentiality.
